Can Qunevo view my content?
Support access requires your explicit, documented permission. Qunevo operates the infrastructure; administrative access is not technically excluded.
Which data is protected?
Content encryption protects your transcripts, chats, files and results with AES-256-GCM. Keys are managed separately from encrypted content. Cracking the encryption by trying all possible keys is practically infeasible with current technology. The content needed for your AI tasks is decrypted for processing.
How can AI work with encrypted content?
Bloodhound decrypts the content needed for the functions you request. AI tasks send the necessary content to OpenAI. You control which processing is allowed in your room.
Can I delete my content?
Authorized users can delete content and rooms. You can request account deletion in your personal settings. Legal retention requirements and previously exported copies are considered separately.
